This is the actual purchase process.  We’ll collect and collate all of the documents required to move forward and guide you through the approval process and valuations.

This is when you take actual ownership of a property.  This may be land only - or a fully completed / existing property.  The team at Property Acquire - including our preferred legal team will keep you, and all interested parties, informed of exactly what is happening. 

We will have already introduced you to preferred property management teams much earlier in the purchase process.  As we draw closer to the “handover” of the property, Property Acquire will have been in communication with the management team and steps would have already been taken to ensure potential tenants have been sourced.  This final step of the process is far to important to leave until the end.  We make sure that a relationship between you and the management team is formed very early in the process.
